A Semi Classical presentation , depicts when the precious water from the river Ganga (here) flows down from the jatas (long hair) of Lord Shiva , rises and flows down into the atmosphere , cools , condenses and showers as tiny drops of rain.
This rejoices the peacock , and it extends its feathers , dancing around feeling exuberant.
