WALL PILATES for the Whole Body 30 Min

After several suggestions from the Lovely Ladies to create a new Pilates routine, specifically Wall Pilates, I decided to try out this new format where the wall becomes our companion and challenges us in each exercise.

I must say that the first time I tried it, I didn't like it much, but with so much insistence, I couldn't resist, so I tried it several more times until I found a way to enjoy this training format.

Here I bring you my version, a mix of what I've learned and the foundations of the Pilates method that I've been sharing with you in various formats for several years (you can find more Pilates routines on youtube.com/sientetebien).

All you need is a mat, a wall, and to connect with the Principles of the Pilates method. In case you're not familiar with them, let me remind you:

Concentration: mental focus, directing attention to the body and increasing awareness of the performed positions.
Breathing: diaphragmatic breathing (mid-rib area).
Control: precise control of our body movements.
Flow of Movements: smoothness and naturalness of the movements.
Centering: movements should originate from the center of our body, the so-called "core."
Precision: performing Pilates exercises correctly to make them effective and obtain all their benefits.
