Also known as Ragi Mudde, these balls are made with ragi flour and water. Serve it with any curry of your choice & enjoy!
RAGI SANKATI
Ingredients
1 cup finger millet (ragi) flour
Salt to taste
1 cup short grain rice, washed, soaked for 20 minutes and drained
Ghee for greasing + for drizzling
Baingan ka salan to serve
Method
1. Bring 3¼ cups water along with salt to a boil in a deep pan. Add rice, cover and cook till the rice is done.
2. Add ragi flour and mix till well combined.
3. Grease your palms with a little ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
4. Drizzle some ghee over the ragi balls and serve hot with baingan ka salan.
