In 2020, everyone in the world spent their time only in the house.
As a Japanese, I worked on harvesting shiso grown in the garden and making enzyme juice. This is a record of my summer life at home.
Japan is not legally prohibited from going out, but has spent a "self-restraint period" in which people think for themselves and do not go out.
Therefore, unlike overseas, there are no penalties for going out in Japan.
But almost all Japanese went out a little to shop for groceries and other daily necessities, and spent the rest at home.
I will tell you what I learned during that period of self-restraint so that anxiety and stress do not build up.

"People accumulate small happiness. The daily routines that are repeated every day alleviate anxiety and help maintain a person's normal spirit."
I learned.
ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
In 2020, it was my first daily change. Before I knew it, there was anxiety and stress that accumulated.
Heal your mind and body in an easy way before your body becomes ill.
The method I found is to "accumulate little happiness every day."
That's why I make a lot of little happiness myself every day.
There are many things this year, but I think people are actually happy to be able to repeat their normal daily routines.
