Amendment J - Repealing the Definition of Marriage in the Constitution

Amendment J - Repealing the Definition of Marriage in the Constitution
It asks voters if there should be an amendment to the Colorado constitution removing the ban on same-sex marriage?
The measure amends the Colorado Constitution by repealing the definition of marriage as the union between one man and one woman.
However, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled to allow same sex marriages, invalidating this amendment from a Colorado ballot measure in 2006. This measure would formally remove the amendment from our state constitution.
