Perfect side dish for any South Indian breakfast such as Idli, Dosa, Punugulu, Bonda etc.
Idli Powder is so easy to prepare and so healthy too with all the Indian spices and lentils.
Pour some Oil or Ghee on top of Idli Powder, mix it and have this with Idli which would be perfect delight as everyone morning breakfast.
You know the benefit of this Podi !. When no time to prepare the chutneys or sambar for our breakfast, we can enjoy the breakfast with this readily available Idli Powder.
If we make this podi with out any Oil, it can be stored up to 3 months without any refrigeration.
