An American in London Day 4: St Martin in the Fields where my 4x great grandparents were married

We are having such an incredible time in London! On our arrival day we rushed over to Trafalgar Square to see where my great-great-great-great grandparents were married but unfortunately everything was closed so we went back over and toured St. Martin in the Fields Church. (My 4x great grandparents who were married here were the parents of my great-great-great grandfather who married my 3x great grandmother at St. Pancras Old Church.)

Upon touring the church we went inside the crypt and that was fascinating!

We did so much on day 4 of our London trip… we visited Leadenhall Market where scenes from Harry Potter were filmed, ate lunch at The Ship, toured Borough Market, got poo’d on at the Tate Modern, checked in to our new hotel and had a delicious dinner at Tayyabs.

We love London!
