焼き上げたセルダニョーはジューシーでとても美味です。

It is the preparation scenery of Restaurant PAGES. The lamb's saddle meat (selle d’agneau )is being tied with a kite string. A refreshing finish with mint and marjoram sandwiched like summer. The baked selle d’agneau is juicy and very delicious.
