■Ingredients for one person
・100g somen noodles, 2 eggplants, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 2 cm green onion
■[Seasonings]
4x concentrated noodle soup 70ml, water 150ml, chili oil (sesame oil is also OK)
3 cm grated ginger
◆How to make
① Slice the eggplant into 1.5 cm pieces
② Put the fried eggplant and all the seasonings in a bowl, add ice to cool
③ Boil the somen noodles and pour ② over them and it's done
