If you have 3 potatoes and 1 fork, you can make this delicious dish at home😋
Chop 3 potatoes
Place in a pot
Pour 1 cup water in the pot
Steam on medium high heat for 8-10 minutes
When the potatoes float, that means it's cooked
Strain the potatoes
Pour into a bowl
Add salt
Mash the potatoes
Add 50g corn starch
Mix well
Roll into a ball
Press a fork on it
Repeat
Place the potato balls into boiling water
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the potatoes to iced water
Place onto a plate
1 clove of garlic
Add 8g chopped green onion
Add 1tsp white sesame seeds
2tbsp hot oil
2tbsp soy sauce
1/4tbso vinegar
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
A pinch of white sugar (optional)
Mix well
Pour on top of the potatoes
Done!
