Core stability is the foundational building block of all training protocols - when the core is weak, the whole body is liable to injury, prone to pain and structurally weak.
The muscles of the 'inner-core' are especially neglected. Training them is not sexy or particularly exciting, but it IS difficult, as any woman who has performed her post-natal core exercises will testify to!
This is the second of a three part series which will be especially helpful and safe for those with lower back pain, diastasis-recti, pelvic floor weakness, post natal women and athletes who understand the value of a strong and stable deep-core.
