This Stock Jumped from ₹3 to ₹194 and then Dropped to ₹96. Why?

Wow. This company was listed on BSE a few months ago at a throwaway price of around ₹3, and in the space of very short time, it shot to ₹194.

That's a mammoth jump! One must be thinking that its investors must be happy to have this stock as a part of their portfolio. 

Well, the ones who had the chance to exit at the right time were certainly lucky enough for no one today is able to exit their holding from this stock.

What is the stock name?

Its "Vuenow". The company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange - BSE.

But Why are investors stuck in Vuenow?

Bulk buyers are dumping. Every day today, this stock is seeing a lower circuit and the bigger investors are letting off this stock in huge quantities. In other words, it is going to be very difficult for a normal investor of this stock to actually get out of it at a price which would make the investment any profitable.

But what exactly has led to all this?

Too many things, honestly. 

ED raided different offices of Vuenow across Punjab, UP and a few other states on complaints made around FEMA, Ponzi Scam, Assured Returns. Such raids have literally dented the whole momentum, which in reality was caused by random claims made by the business in the first place.
At the same time, there is a potential Pump & Dump scam happening as well here. 

Vuenow promises to its investors to invest money "through" them in this stock. That implies, investors invest in some cloud particles, a term appratently related to servers and assure them with regular monthly returns. They had been providing all these returns from the last few months but after the ED raid, all things came to a pause. 

The obvious concern here is that all these claims and asking investors to invest in Vuenow like this - everything is illegal and directly violates multiple regulations under SEBI & RBI.
