Just cut and mix! So easy and delicious! My Family Never Gets Tired of Eating This healthy Salad
Ingredients and recipe:
Slice 1 cucumber into 8 pieces
Proceed to dice the cucumber
Add to a plastic container
Cut 20 cherry tomatoes into four parts
Add to the container as well
Dice 1 purple onion
Chop 25g fresh parsley
Add to the container
Pour 2tbsp olive oil on top of the ingredients
Mix well
Salt and black pepper
Slice 1 lime
Squeeze lime juice on top
Mix well
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Fresh raspberry
Half an hour later
done!
