Algeria's cuisine uses vegetables for the broth, flour based pastas like couscous and rechta, seafood and meat. with different herbs and spices used like coriander, parsley, cinnamon, curcuma, safran, Hrisa which is the typical name for Algerian hot chili paste.
Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood & meat. Eating culture involves Banchan, the collective term for the side dishes served with the main course. many condiments are used like Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic & soybean paste.
