This is the tape I recently got from eBay.
One of the (presumably) last VT tapes to use the original 1985 logo, before they transitioned to their 2nd, and far more common logo, sometime in either mid or late 1987 I assume. (My VHS copy of “The Cardinal” also has the same opening as this tape, which means that tape was most likely released right around the same time as this one, and also right before the transition).
