【世界都市農業サミット】全国都市農業フェスティバル開催に向けたメッセージ動画（トロント：ロンダ・テイテル＝ペーン氏）

令和元年度に練馬区で開催した「世界都市農業サミット」に参加した海外都市とは、現在も交流を継続しています。
この動画は、令和５年11月の「全国都市農業フェスティバル」の開催に向けて、カナダ・トロントのロンダ・テイテル＝ペーンさん（NPOトロント・アーバングロワーズ）に撮影して頂いたメッセージ動画です。
【英訳】
The “Urban Agriculture World Summit” was held in Nerima City in 2019, and we have maintained connections and exchanges of information with the overseas cities that participated in this event.
This video was filmed by Rhonda Teitel-Payne (of the NPO Toronto Urban Growers) of Toronto, Canada, as a message of support for the “National Urban Agriculture Festival,” held in November, 2023.
