Wheat Ribbon Pakoda Recipe:
Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Rice Flour - ¼ Cup
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - A Pinch
Garlic Powder (optional) - ½ tsp
Water - ½ Cup
Salt - 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions:

1. Dry roast the wheat flour on low heat until it turns aromatic.

2. Combine all the dry ingredients together along with the ghee and crumble between your fingers.

3. Add water and bring together a smooth dough.

4. Use the ribbon attachment on a murukku press, oil the mould, press the dough into hot oil and fry on a medium flame until the sizzling subsides and the pakoda turns golden brown.
