This is an interview video of Mr. Imazaki, who has been running a hamburger shop in Nishikoen, Fukuoka City, Japan for nearly 50 years. Customers from all over Japan and now all over the world come to this place in search of hamburgers made by Mr. Imazaki, who will turn 78 on June 21st.

Mr. Imazaki has two dreams.
One is to spread "Imaya's hamburgers" all over Japan.
Now it is spreading all over Japan through many disciples all over the country.
And the other is to create an "Imaya Shokudo" that provides meals to those who have trouble eating in Nishi Park and to the homeless.

This time, I had the opportunity to photograph Mr. Imazaki, who is full of kindness and affection.
