PINEAPPLE TARTS
Ingredients:
PASTRY;
2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp sugar
1 cup soft butter
2 eggyolks
1 eggyolk + 1/2 Tbsp condensed milk
or fresh milk lightly beaten for egg wash
PINEAPPLE JAM FILLING;
3 cans (20 oz per can) sliced pineapple
or chunks
10 Tbsp or (1/2 cup) brown sugar, more or less
to taste
