I took my classic banana bread recipe and jazzed it up with a touch of fall.
Not too sweet and the perfect pumpkin spiced flavors.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup pure pumpkin purée
1/4 avocado oil or melted butter
1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
3/4 cup cane sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups white wheat or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp organic cane sugar
Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas and pumpkin purée in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, applesauce, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Sift in flour and baking soda. Gently mix until just combined. Pour into a loaf pan and sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool at least 20-minutes before slicing
