I've never had such delicious TOAST! Simple and quick toast recipe ready in minutes

Ingredients and recipe:
Grab 2 slices of bread
Spread 2tbsp softened unsalted butter on the bread
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Scoop the yolks in separate bowl
1/8tsp lemon juice
Add a pinch of white sugar
A pinch of salt
Mix well with an electric mixer
Spread the foam on top of the bread
Make an indent for the egg yolk
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Repeat with the other slice of bread
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in the indents
Scoop the egg yolks on top of the cheese
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top
Sprinkle salt on top
Sprinkle black pepper on top as well
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175°C/350°F
Sprinkle parsley on top
Done!
