Pudina leaves 5 cups(200g)
Tamarind 1/4 cup(70g)
Salt 60g(It should be reduced to a quarter cup)
Red chilli powder 1/2cup(100g)
Fenugreek seeds 1spn(7g)
Mustard seeds 2spn(15g)
Ground nut oil 1/4cup(to cook tamarind)
Ground nut oil 1/4 cup( For frying pudina)
Hot boiling water to soak the tamarind
Turmeric powder
For Tempering :-
Ground nut oil 1/2cup
Chana dal 1spn
Urad dal 1spn
Cumin seeds 1/2spn
Mustard seeds 1/2spn
Crushed garlic cloves
Dry chilies 4
Curry is leaves
