it may be a month into 2024 as i'm posting this video about prepping for the new year... but i truly think resetting and goal-setting for the new year is all about the intention behind it rather than when it's done. with that being said, i am happily posting this video extremely late to also emphasize just how absurd the pressure - to have our lives all perfectly together and planned out by january 1st of every year - is. either way, i hope you enjoy the vid! and if you're late to the new year's rush like me, i hope this inspires you to get your goals & intentions on track despite january being over, and i hope it gets you excited for the potential that awaits to be fulfilled in the remainder of the year ! :)
