Making Vanilla Crème Brûlée #crèmebrûlée

I learned how to make those desserts because we love flan.
It is another favorite in our house.

Note: I am not an expert at cooking or a chef. I just love cooking and creating simple delicious food for my family.
Recipe below:
1. Add 2 cup heavy cream (ultra-pasteurized), 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/8 tsp salt in a saucepan on low heat
2. Stir and leave pan on stove until mixture is hot
3. Add 5 egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar to a bowl
4. Mix well
5. When heavy cream mixture becomes hot, remove from stove and let cool for 2 -3 minutes
6. Pour heavy cream mixture into a measurement cup for ease of pouring
7. Add heavy cream mixture into egg yolk bowl while stirring at the same time
8. Place 6 ramekins into a baking pan.
9. Pour Crème Brûlée mixture into 6 ramekins
10. Add boiling water to baking pan (water should be at 1/3 of ramekins in baking pan)
11. Bake at 325 C for 40 minutes.
12. Let Crème Brûlée cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
14. Add sugar on top of Crème Brûlée in ramekins
15. Broil for 2 -3 minutes or until sugar is golden in an oven.
