Ingredients:
1 Kg. whole chicken
1 bunch green onion (spring onion)
1 bunch lemon grass
1 Tbsp. whole peppercorn
1 pcs onion, wedged
3 pcs bay leaves
1 piece sweet potato, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
4 cups cooking oil
2 quarts water
1 chicken powder (bouillon)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Procedure:
Boil chicken 30 minutes.
Air dry chicken, based with soy sauce
Fry chicken 100 degrees Celsius (200 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8 minutes both sides until cooked
