Those who wish to write both group
Pay additional fees only required to pay additional group by selecting same centre .

those only want to write the opt outed exam then no need to fill exam form (read point number 4 in the exam time table notification?

institute may provide centre change option
as of my knowledge.

in last term exam institute provided multiple options for changing centre according to students discretion . Hop that facility extended to this term also👍
